The diesel fire pump has excellent performance, with smoke and noise indicators reaching national level, and the fuel consumption is above 2.1g/w.h lower than the national standard.
The diesel fire pump has a high degree of automation, with automatic, manual, and fault self checking functions, and monitors the working status throughout the process. It can restore the automatic restart function after a fault, automatically pre lubricate and preheat, making the equipment start more safely and reliably. The diesel fire pump has remote control and remote control functions in the central control room. It can also have a fieldbus connection. The battery adopts fully automatic floating charge (constant current, constant voltage, dripping charge) to ensure that the battery is always in standby state.
The diesel fire pump can be remotely transmitted to the instrument, and can be installed and used as needed to connect to the control center, making maintenance convenient. After the diesel fire pump is installed in the machine room, a passageway of at least 750mm should be reserved on both sides and in front of the unit for operator inspection and general maintenance. The diesel fire pump has three main functions to support the quality of the entire device, ensure that the device is in a horizontal state and absorb vibration. The foundation of the unit is made of concrete, and the height of the anchor bolt protruding from the horizontal plane should be approximately twice the diameter of the bolt.
Rooms with naturally ventilated diesel fire pumps must have sufficiently large ventilation and exhaust holes, and their location must ensure sufficient fresh air to supply the diesel engine for combustion within temperature limits. The water supply radiator carries away the heat from the circulating cooling water (enclosed) and the surface of the diesel fire pump. The exhaust pipe must be connected outdoors. To avoid the large amount of heat emitted by the exhaust pipe entering the room, asbestos material can be used to wrap the exhaust pipe. At the same time, it can also play a role in reducing noise and protecting operators.
