1: Correct maintenance of diesel fire pumps, especially preventive maintenance, is the easiest and most economical maintenance. Therefore, extending the service life of diesel fire pumps and reducing operating costs are the key. Daily maintenance can be carried out according to the following steps to check the fuel volume of the fuel tank - observe the storage capacity of the fuel tank as necessary, and replenish it.

Therefore, extending the service life of diesel fire pumps and reducing operating costs are the key. Daily maintenance can be carried out according to the following steps to check the fuel volume of the fuel tank - observe the storage capacity of the fuel tank as necessary, and replenish it.
2. Check the oil level in the oil pan of the diesel fire pump: Observe whether the oil level reaches the mark on the dipstick. When the oil level is insufficient, add the oil level to the specified amount, but do not exceed the upper limit of the dipstick line.
3. Check the fuel injection pump governor oil level of the diesel fire pump: If the specified mark is not reached, add enough oil (some fuel pump governors do not have a scale, this step can be omitted).
4. Check whether there is enough lubricating grease at the injection point of the diesel fire pump: Remove the fuel injection nozzle on the diesel circulating water pump and observe whether there is enough lubricating grease in it. Otherwise, inject sufficient grease with an oil gun.
5: Check whether the water in the water tank of the diesel fire pump is sufficient. If it is found that the water in the tank is insufficient, it should be replenished in a timely manner. The added water should be clean fresh water, such as tap water or clean river water. If groundwater is directly used, it is easy to form a scale in the water tank, thereby affecting the cooling effect and causing damage. Therefore, groundwater can only be used after softening. In the north (where the ambient temperature is below zero), the antifreeze must be configured at the appropriate freezing point based on the lowest temperature in the area.
6. Check the fuel injection pump transmission connecting plate of the diesel fire pump: check whether the connecting screws are loose. If it is loose, please correct the injection advance angle again and tighten the connecting screw.
7. Clean the appearance of the diesel engine and its accessories of the diesel fire pump: Use a dry cloth or diesel immersion cloth to wipe the fuselage, turbocharger, cylinder head housing, air cleaner, and other surfaces, such as oil stains, water, and dust; Clean or blow away the dust on the surface of the charging generator, radiator, fan, etc. with compressed air.
