Check whether the pipelines and connectors of the diesel engine water pump are loose. Rotate the centrifugal pump by hand to see if it is flexible. When adding bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, observe the oil level on the center line of the oil pointer, and timely replace or supplement the lubricating oil.
Motor, see if the rotation direction of the motor is correct. When the motor is in normal operation of the centrifugal pump, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump, display the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve, and check the load of the motor.
Control the flow and head of the centrifugal pump within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the centrifugal pump operates at the highest efficiency point to achieve the maximum energy-saving effect. During the operation of the pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35 ℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.
At this time, the centrifugal pump has an abnormal sound, and it should be stopped immediately to check the cause. To stop using, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
In the first month of operation, replace the lubricating oil after 100 hours, and replace the oil every 500 hours. The filling cover of the rotor pump is filled to ensure that the water dripping in the filling chamber is normal (leakage in the form of liquid droplets is desirable).
The diesel engine water pump operates through the centrifugal movement of water caused by the rotation of the impeller. Before starting the pump, the pump casing and suction pipe must be filled with water, and then the motor must be started so that the pump shaft drives the impeller and water to rotate at high speed. The water moves in a centrifugal state and is thrown towards the outer edge of the impeller. The water pressure pipe of the pump flows through the passage of the volute pump casing.
